No tedious pre-flight procedures for those passengers who value time and comfort is provided by the VIP-lounge of Omsk airport which is located separately from the rest of airport premises.
The VIP-lounge staff makes the decision of your problems as fast as possible and accomplishes compliance with all the formalities connected with air travel on domestic and charter flights for 24 hours.
To be serviced in the VIP-lounge a passenger or an accompanying person should make an advanced order by fax +7 (3812) 517-704 or by e-mail vip@aeroomsk.ru, to make payment by bank transfer (by transferring funds on the invoice) or pay cash.
 

VIP-lounge service includes:

• the possibility of a passenger’s transport entry directly to the territory adjacent to the VIP-lounge, that is to the Terminal square;
• separate passengers and baggage check-in;
• the lounge equipped with air conditioning and soft furnishings;
• baggage claim upon arrival;
• pre-flight inspection of passengers in a separate control zone;
• children under 2 years old are served free of charge;
• escorting the passengers to / from the aircraft by a separate comfortable microbus;
• watching TV programs;
• range of periodicals
• tea, coffee, dessert
• WI-FI;
• Local telephone service, copier, fax, e-mail.

Additional services at extra charge include:

• presence of welcomers and seers-off in the VIP-lounge;
• access of welcomers and seers-off to the aircraft ladder;
• cabin luggage delivery to / from the passenger boarding area;
• bar service;
• providing a meeting room for 14 persons.

Passenger service in the VIP-lounge is implemented on the basis of agreement made in advance. One-time service is also possible. It includes a full range of services offered by the VIP-lounge.
