In accordance with the RF Government Resolution of June 22, 2009 No. 599 "On the order of access to services of natural monopolies in the airports" (p.36 sub item "v") we place draft model contracts for the airport, ground handling (including aviation fuel provision) of aircrafts.
The conditions specified in the draft model contracts are essential for JSC "Omsk Airport" (p.1 Art. 432 of the Civil Code of the RF).
Services to ensure the aircraft landing operations, aviation security, the use of the airport terminal, passengers’ service, storage of aviation fuel and aircraft fueling are provided under the contract for the provision of services and applications corresponding to the approved form.
The information specified in the applications is placed in the registry.
