Assistance service

Traveling alone, unaccompanied? You can ask for help in the Transport management service. Our staff will meet you and assist with the necessary procedures both at departure and arrival to Omsk Airport on your request.

This Assistance service is FREE OF CHARGE and is provided for 24 hours. You can order it in advance by contacting an airline representative. You just have to call us upon arrival to the airport.

We have allocated the closest to the terminal parking lots. To obtain a free exit of parking, contact the service center. Free of charge parking is for the transport carrying disabled people of I, II groups and disabled children. There must be installed an identification mark "Disabled" on these kinds of transport.


Staff call button

If you need assistance you can contact the airport staff at any time. The staff call buttons for the passengers with reduced mobility and disabled people are located:

  • at the terminal entrance;
  • in a passengers seating area opposite the check-in desk No. 9;
  • at the terminal exit, opposite the check-in desk No. 1.

Toilet rooms of the airport terminal are equipped with a staff call buttons. You can contact an airport specialist for assistance.

Catering tables on the territory of the airport terminal are equipped with waiter call buttons.


The medical staff of the Medical aid post of JSC "Omsk Airport" provides medical care for 24 hours, free of charge.

Medical first aid, application of dressing and bandage, measurement of blood pressure and pulse rate, blood oxygen measurement, check of blood glucose level, ECG tracing are provided.

Wheelchairs, multi-functional stretcher-trolley for travel and transportation inside the Terminals “A”, “B” and in the Terminal square are provided for the passengers with disabilities and other people with reduced mobility. You have to show your boarding pass or ticket or a personal identification document or contact the staff of transport management service engaged in service of a passenger with reduced mobility.

Our staff provides the most rapid and comfortable go through the necessary formalities (registration, border and customs control, assistance for baggage check-in and baggage claim procedures).

Ambulift is provided from the airport terminal to the aircraft board and back.
