Administrating authorities

Administrating Authorities of JSC "Omsk Airport" are formed on the basis of the Articles of Association in accordance with the requirements of the Russian legislation (Federal Law of December 26, 1995 No. 208-FZ "On Joint Stock Companies"). Corporate management in the company shall be based on the Corporate Code of Conduct approved at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 28, 2001 and recommended by the decree of the Federal Securities Commission of Russia on April 4, 2002 No. 421/r.

Administrating Authorities of JSC "Omsk Airport":

• General Shareholders Meeting is the supreme managing body.
• The Board of Directors is responsible for the general management of the company.
• Director General is the sole executive body who accomplishes operational management of the financial and economic activities
• Control over financial and economic activities of the company is carried out by:

the auditor who is approved annually by the General Shareholders Meeting for verification and validation of the annual financial statements of JSC "Omsk Airport".
